Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions Effective Date: October 3, 2025 1. Introduction Welcome to Vjosarafting.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and booking our rafting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Vjosarafting.com is Albania’s premier rafting agency, offering exceptional rafting experiences on the Vjosa River. 2. Booking and Reservations All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. Once you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. 3. Payment Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through our secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. 4. Cancellation, Changes and Refund Policy No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable, however you paid. This applies no matter how much notice you give us, including cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled trip. Free Date Changes: You may postpone your trip to another date at no extra cost, subject to availability. Please contact us before your scheduled departure to arrange it. Free Name Changes: You may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost. Just send us the new participant's name before the trip. Valid for 365 Days: Your booking remains valid for 365 days from your original scheduled trip date, so you can use it later in the season or the following year. Exceptional Circumstances: If you cannot travel for a genuine reason and cannot make use of your 365-day validity, we may agree to a refund at our sole discretion. Where we do, we retain 20% of the amount paid as a cancellation fee. That figure is fixed. It covers the payment-processing charges on your original payment and on the refund, and the administration of your booking. No-shows: If you do not arrive for your trip and have not contacted us beforehand to move the date or transfer the booking, the booking counts as used and no refund is due. How to Make a Change: Email [email protected] or call (+355) 67 49 63 486. 5. Safety and Participation Requirements Participants must be in good health and physically able to participate in rafting activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unfit or intoxicated. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our guides.
