Vjosarafting.com is Albania’s premier rafting agency, offering exceptional rafting experiences on the Vjosa River. 2. Booking and Reservations All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. Once you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. 3. Payment Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through our secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy No Refund Policy: Generally, all bookings are non-refundable. Date Changes: You may change your booking dates at any time without penalty, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange date modifications. 24-Hour Cancellation Exception: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled rafting date, you are eligible for a full refund minus any bank commission or processing fees. Bank Fees: Any bank commission, transaction fees, or processing charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from your refund amount and are the responsibility of the customer. 5. Safety and Participation Requirements Participants must be in good health and physically able to participate in rafting activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unfit or intoxicated. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our guides. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines. 6. Weather and Operational Changes We reserve the right to cancel or modify trips due to adverse weather conditions, water levels, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund at our discretion. 7. Liability and Assumption of Risk Rafting is an adventure sport that involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Vjosarafting.com, its employees, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 8. Photography and Media We may take photographs or videos during rafting trips for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out. 9.
